Providing you with peace of mind during your investment process

Why have a General Home Inspection?

Worry Free Investments.  Most home buyers know the area they are looking in and the budget that they have in mind. Our duty is to look further into the quality of the investment that you are making and help you to maximize your dollar.

A Faster and Smoother Transaction.  Whether you are the buyer or the seller, by getting a complete home inspection as soon as possible, you reduce the chances of an unexpected hiccup in the negotiating process.

Planning For Your Future.  With a general home inspection, you not only get a snapshot of the history of the home, but you also get a list of the items you’ll want to closely maintain or plan to replace so that you minimize the surprise failure down the road.

Our Most Popular Services

The most common service provided by all Texas Home Inspectors is the Buyer’s Inspection and the Termite Inspection

Buyer's Home Inspection

Whether it is newly constructed or an existing house, as a home buyer, you want to make sure you are investing with confidence and that you are making an informed decision. Our buyer’s home inspection is one of the most comprehensive house inspections available.

Buyer's Termite Inspection

Also known as a WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) inspection, the Termite inspection is a common requirement in today’s real estate transaction. As a licensed termite technician, your inspector can also provide this service at the same time as the home inspection.

new building

You’ve decided on a builder and a neighborhood. So what more could you want? We recommend that you hire your own inspector to perform a Three Phase Inspection. From foundation to final walk-through, we can be with you every step of the way.

Our inspectors will look out for your best interests during the new home construction phase. We inform and arm you to address concerns with your builder, every step of the way.

warranty

You’ve been in your new home for almost a year. Are all components the builder warranties for one year working properly? We will come check them out so you can get the most out of your builder’s one-year warranty before it expires.

Before your warranty expires, let our professionals test all the systems of your home and provide you with a list of items that should be addressed before the end of your warranty period.

maintenance

Most homeowners don’t get annual home maintenance inspections, which means they don’t have a clear understanding of the actual condition of their homes. Knowing about defects as early as possible can help you fix them before they become more serious.

Staying on top of maintenance is the best way to prevent unforeseen breakdowns. We can help to identify areas of concern with an annual maintenance inspection.

Our Performance Process

Observation

Our inspection service begins with performing a visual inspection of over 600 possible items in the average household. Room by room and system by system, we perform our inspection like we were handling our own investment. Our observation and deduction is backed by years of experience in paying attention to details.

Observe

Performance

During the inspection process, we test the performance of all of the major appliances, electrical and plumbing systems, the climate control equipment, and make you aware of any concerns that we find. We look for leaks, unusual operation, proper and secure installation, and that all components are in place and in proper working condition.

Analysis

After the inspection, we take our time to go over every word of the report to ensure that you get accurate, important information that will help you to make an informed decision. We organize photos, videos and our verbiage so that you can make the most of your time reviewing the condition of the home.

We then review our findings and ensure complete and accurate reporting. We organize photos, videos, and create an easy to navigate, and simple to understand report.

Organize

Delivery

We create both the TREC Required PDF report as well as a browser based, interactive full color image and video report for you to review and create a repair request form to better present our findings and your desire for corrective action. We usually deliver your report the same night as the inspection.

Report

You will receive both a TREC Required report as well as an interactive, web based report. Both will have full color photos and the web version will include any video footage that we captured.
