Your inspector is qualified and required to check as many as 600 individual items during every inspection.

Our Performance Process

Observation

Our inspection service begins with performing a visual inspection of over 600 possible items in the average household. Room by room and system by system, we perform our inspection like we were handling our own investment. Our observation and deduction is backed by years of experience in paying attention to details.

Observe

Performance

During the inspection process, we test the performance of all of the major appliances, electrical and plumbing systems, the climate control equipment, and make you aware of any concerns that we find. We also go the extra step of recommending a specialist when we feel that a condition warrants more exhaustive testing.

Operate

Analysis

After the inspection, we take our time to go over every word of the report to ensure that you get accurate, important information that will help you to make an informed decision. We organize photos, videos and our verbiage so that you can make the most of your time reviewing the condition of the home.

Organize

Delivery

We create both the TREC Required PDF report as well as a browser based, interactive full color image and video report for you to review and create a repair request form to better present our findings and your desire for corrective action. We usually deliver your report the same night as the inspection.
